It's even better to INFUSE your water! Try using cucumbers and lemon!
Cucumbers add incredible benefits to your water, and taste amazing as well. While they are 95% water themselves, they also contains Vitamin C, which protect against immune system deficiencies as well as skin wrinkling. Cucumbers are also a good source of Vitamin B, which most of us don't get enough of anyways. Vitamin B is said to be a metabolism booster (we can all use that, am I right!?) and also eases anxiety, aids in PMS, and is great for your skin, hair, and nails! Can't go wrong there!
Lemons are just as beneficial! They are used as a digestive aid and liver cleansers. It's also a natural diuretic, which helps you lose those few pounds of water weight. It even helps break down fat content in the body with it's citric acid and helps your body to obtain calcium, which keeps for strong bones!

And then there's the water.. Our bodies are made up of over 60%! Just drinking tons of water a day flushes our systems of toxins and pushes nutrients through our bodies. When you don't drink enough, it causes dehydration, which drains your energy. I can tell in my skin when i'm a little bit dehydrated!
We've all heard how much to drink.. 8 glass a day. I've been told that you should drink half of your body weight in ounces a day. So, if you weigh 130, you should drinking 65 oz. of water a day. It's quite a bit, but I try to every day. It's not as easy as it seems, either. But, the more you drink the better you feel!
